Plastic Surgery, Its just like going in for a Mani-Pedi.

Plastic Surgery. Where do  I begin. It is Surreal. Unbelievable. Scary. Amazing.  Just recently on August 4 of 2008, I went for a consulation and a Procedure all in one day.  I had liposculpture, which is a “gentler” form of liposuction. Although you are awake for the entire procedure. The only way  I can describe it is, If a woman gives birth to a child, and then decides to have another one, its because she forgot how painful giving birth to the first one was. Which is true, if you experience pain, your mind defends itself by erasing the experience from your memory.  I believe America takes Plastic surgery way to lightly. Surgery is serious, any surgery, Cosmetic or otherwise, And over 100,000 americans get plastic surgery per year,  it has become the norm for us, it is talked about with women the same they would talk about going to get their manicure and pedicure, some are so far into it, they have actually become addicted to it. My experience was enlightening and at the same time scary. The results were beyond delightful, but afterwards, when you think about the risks  that come along with the surgery, is it really worth risking your life to enhance and prefect  your nose, or your stomach, or your butt, or your breasts?  Im not sure..
